Where do the leads come from?
Leads are public posts. We watch public sources around the clock for people asking for help with things like levy notices, wage garnishments, and unfiled returns. These are not names bought from a resold list.
How many firms can unlock one lead?
Never more than three. We cap each lead at three firms so you are one of at most three professionals in the conversation, not one of dozens.
Are the suggested replies written by AI?
No. Each unlock includes a template draft you edit and send in your own voice. It is a drafting aid, not legal or tax advice, and you are responsible for anything you send.
What is your refund policy?
A credit is refundable before you open the source link. After opening you can report a lead you believe is not genuine, and if the report is upheld on review it is refunded with a bonus. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
