Refund Policy

Credits are how you unlock leads on TaxLeadBuddy. This policy explains when a credit comes back to you.

Refundable before you open the link

After you unlock a lead, the credit is fully refundable up until the moment you open the source link. If a lead does not look right, one click returns the credit to your balance before you have opened it.

Report a lead after opening

Once you open the source link, you may still report a lead you believe is not genuine, for example spam, a marketer post, or a duplicate. Reports are reviewed. If your report is upheld on review, the credit is refunded with a bonus credit for the trouble.

Credits have no cash value

Credits are a prepaid unlock balance. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-transferable between accounts.

Abuse protection

Refunds and reports exist to keep the feed honest. Repeated abuse of refunds or reports, creating duplicate accounts to farm free credits, or similar gaming may result in your account being locked.
