1. Who we are

TaxLeadBuddy is operated by PT Naga Rubi Inovasi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

TaxLeadBuddy surfaces publicly posted messages from people who appear to be seeking help with tax problems, and lets firms unlock the full post, a suggested reply, and a link to the source. Leads are gathered from public sources. We do not guarantee that any lead will respond, convert, or be accurate.

3. Credits, unlocks and refunds

Unlocking a lead spends credits. You may refund a credit before you open the source link. After opening, you may report a lead you believe is not genuine; reports are reviewed and, if upheld, refunded with a bonus. Repeated abuse of refunds or reports, creating duplicate accounts to farm free credits, or similar gaming may result in your account being locked. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. 4. Acceptable use

You agree to contact leads lawfully and professionally, to honor all applicable rules of the platforms where a lead was posted, and to comply with laws on solicitation, privacy, and unsolicited messages. You are solely responsible for how you use lead information and for your communications with any person.

5. No professional advice

Suggested replies are drafting aids, not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of anything you send.

6. Accounts and security

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the outcome of your outreach. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
